During 2018 I found myself in a downward spiral with terrible food habits, and life choices but also minimal exercise which in turn became poor mental health, overweight and health issues. I found a passion for training and soon I lost weight, found good terms with diet and had a positive outlook on life. My career direction changed and I enjoyed teaching, training and coaching at 46 years old, I further developed and certified my skills and knowledge around functional training, crossfit, human anatomy and started to combine my mental training, acquired through years of leadership and my new found knowledge of nutrition and physical fitness.
