Coaching becomes something you do because it feels right. It feels right to share your own experiences if it helps people move forward or avoid making mistakes. I do not pretend to know all the answers and I am not a trained psychologist with numerous degrees in human behaviour. This is why I did not become a life coach!

What I do have is over 22 years of experience meeting thousands of people, scanning millions of CV’s, interviewing many different people and trying to find top talent for wonderful career opportunities.
Using my experiences and knowledge of the job markets both locally but also Internationally creates an opportunity for me to help you find your new path and helping you navigate through the job markets using various tools, tips and tricks.
